Oceanus Hesperos
THE GATE OF ATLANTIS
When the ancient Atlanteans devised the 10 trials, they specifically chose Oceanos Hesperos as the starting point, as it would best ease the disparate peoples coming to attempt the trials into the wondrous world of Atlantis.
Back before the great calamity, it was a mountain top, boasting a spectacular view over the magnificent creations of the Atlanteans, ensuring that all would know their glory and prove the validity of the power they promised.
Today it is a meager grouping of small but idyllic islands, covered in the ruins of a once great civilization, with much having also sunken beneath the waves.
