Mesothalassa
IMMEASURABLE KNOWLEDGE LIES LOST BENEATH THE WAVES
On the ocean floor of Mesthalassa lie bones beyond counting. Most have disappeared beneath the silt and sand but traces still remain of all the people who disappeared in an instant. Perhaps none more sad than the great library, now inhabited by one of the Tritons. One who would call himself king. There is no knowledge to be found here now, only salt encrusted vellum long since wiped clean by the ocean tide.
Three warring clans of Triton fight over this stretch of ocean. The Skyros in the northwest, the Naxos in the east and the Melos in the south. Perhaps allying with one or more of these factions would be a good idea for the adventurer seeking to travel beneath the waves and uncover the lost artifacts of the Atlanteans. Take heed not search too greedily in the northeast however, as one of the great trial beasts of the Atlanteans still makes it home here.
