Lough Derg
THE HEART OF HIBERNIA
Located in the geographical center of Hibernia, Lough Derg is named for the large lake that divides the area. It is a land of rolling green hills, dark forests and deep lakes, with fascinating sights hidden everywhere. A true explorer’s paradise and a great place for a fledgling adventurer to start their journey.
The towns of Mag Mell and Mardagh are located along the main road, providing security and opportunities for rest.
Across the lake lies a farm, which was once inhabited by an Eldritch of some renown, as well as her family. However, in her hubris she sought ever greater control of the void, resulting in a minor tear in the veil between worlds. The tear did not last long but it was enough to see her home flooded by vicious spirits, who quickly overtook the farm and now wander its barren fields aimlessly.
