Of all the malevolent creatures who live and breed in the dark corners beneath the earth, none are as formidable as the Fomorian king, Balor. Also known as the Baleful Eye, this cyclopean tyrant is known to strike fear and poison poison the hearts of the people of HyBrasil and Hibernia by merely directing his gaze towards them.
In the ornate, monster-infested halls of the king’s castle, screams are unceasing and uncountable tortured Sylvan spirits wander aimlessly.
The king gladly accepts any challengers who prove themselves worthy by defeating the depraved monstrosities that make their home in these halls, including Kierac, the commander of the Fomorian forces, and a being known only as the Master of Pain.
There are rumours of a queen hidden away in the bowels of the mountainside. Perhaps an extra reward awaits those who can reach this fair maiden...
