Treibh Caillte

In the still mostly-untamed reaches of southern Hibernia, there lies a dark, foreboding forest. In the middle of the forest there is a cave which no one goes into and no one comes out of. Locals know that it is inhabited by strange looking men and women, almost as tall as a Firbolg and, according to glimpses spied by the locals, wild and unkempt hair over their faces and most of their bodies. Attempts at establishing contact was made but as soon as anyone near the cave, the people all rushed inside and haven’t come out ever since. Neither did the people sent to greet their mysterious neighbours.

No further attempts at contact have been made but a seasoned group of adventurers might be able to uncover the mysteries of these strange people and perhaps make a valuable ally for the realm. If not, then perhaps there will be one less threat to the people of Lough Gur and the Bog of Cullen.
