For ages, the ancient druids who called Salisbury Plains and its surroundings their home kept intruders away from their most hallowed site. King Arthur, in his boundless mercy, decided to forge an unease alliance of convenience with the druids. The Britons and their allies would be allowed to travel unharmed around the great plains and the lands beyond and in exchange, the druids would be allowed to keep their most sacred site to themselves.
Much has changed since then and now few druids are left to ward off intruders, weakened as they are by renewed tensions following Arthur’s death and the ever-encroaching wildlife.
A party of veteran adventurers might be able to make their way deep enough into the this ancient burial site to uncover the truth about who has been laid to rest here.
