Muire Tomb

Evil lurks in the family tomb of the Muire family. Cruel and callous, the Muires were a clan of rich landowners who mistreated their servants for many years, and it was this which would eventually lead to their downfall. Locals say that it was the servants who brought the curse which felled the house of Muire upon the patriarch, Concaire Muire. Concaire began to one day show signs of a rapidly deteriorating mental state, wandering the hills and valleys of his land, calling out for long dead relatives to help him. In an attempt to cure himself of this malady, Concaire ordered his entire family into their family’s old crypt in Connacht where he ordered them all to sleep for the night. During the night, the old man would systematically kill each member of his family, from the youngest to the oldest, ending with himself.

Should any group of novice adventurers make their way into the tomb, they’ll soon find a rich environment for honing their fledgling skills.
