Between the mighty redwoods of the Green Glades can be heard myriad footsteps. Some come too frequently to be human, some are much too loud to be human, some you don’t hear at all until it is already too late.
A great many ruins rest silently within the forest. Silent but not empty. A race of hushed predators have driven out all other contenders who might seek to occupy the remains of the ancient Atlanteans’ legacy. So take heed when wandering beneath the forest canopy and know that should you encounter the statues locked in eternal horror, you have already trespassed and would do well to leave. Quickly.
