There are things beyond the Veil that not even the Tuatha Dé want to tangle with. Things below the depths that even the Fomorians fear.
In the far north of Connacht, deep in the side of the mountain range that make up the natural border of Hibernia’s northern frontier, sits a hidden portal. It thrums with pure malice, causing any who wander close to suffer. Ringing of the ears, blood pouring from nostrils, pain so intense it shakes the teeth and vibrates through every fiber of being.
Here a forgotten god makes his lair, aided by the demonic forces of Darkness Falls. Whether they serve willingly or out of fear is not known, all that is for sure is that nothing grows around this open wound in the Veil, and that it must be sealed shut before its cancer spreads across the realm and beyond.
