THE HOMELAND OF ARTHUR AND HIS KNIGHTS
If Hibernia were to be described as the realm of the magical and Midgard as the realm of the mundane, then Albion sits somewhere in between. Albion has plains, swamps, forests, hills and mountains like any other realm but what makes Albion feel a bit more magical is inclusion of places like the sunken kingdom of Lyonesse.
Lyonesse was, according to legend, a stretch of land which was connected to Land’s End at the southwestern tip of Cornwall, England. In the half-sunken remains of this mythical kingdom, you can find the remains of a long since bygone civilization, as well as a plethora of mystical creatures, like the Telamon.
In addition to Lyonesse, Albion is also home to the Welsh-inspired area of Llyn Barfog, the Bearded Lake. It is here that you can follow in the footsteps of King Arthur himself and slay the dreaded lake monster, the Afanc.
